Jamie Hamilton
(Managing Director and co-founder) has an OU first class honours science degree in Neuroscience, Psychology and Philosophy of Mind, and is a member of the MRS, ESOMAR, AQR, QRCA and AMA. He was formerly General Manager of WOW Toys, where he was responsible for a research-based competitive initiative that dramatically turned around the company’s fortunes. At nqual he is responsible for overarching management and product / marketing strategy. He was recently marked by Research Magazine as one of seven thought leaders ‘to watch’ in the international MR industry in 2008.
Lee Eyre
(Operational Director and co-founder) was previously a Senior Organisation Development Manager at Orange, where he fostered a strong interest in methods by which organizations can better gather and utilize customer feedback to improve performance. His role at nqual is overseeing product design and delivery, and ensuring that the company has the robust systems, processes and dynamic culture necessary to deliver results.
Neil Harris
(Technical Director) was a founder and key member of The Computer Film Company, Lightworks, and Sohonet, which used innovative software to pioneer new digital markets, applications, and the internet. He has received many scientific and technical awards for his contributions, including a BKSTS and an Academy Award. Neil is responsible for designing nqual’s technical product architecture.
Jeroen Verheggen
(Head of Client Services) has over 12 years sales experience, and is a member of the MRS, he has worked at an executive level in the market research industry for over 6 years; at Harris Interactive, and most recently, Kudos, where he led a 2 year sales and marketing strategy that resulted in 60% growth. At nqual, Jeroen oversees sales strategy, pricing, and the management of the sales team.
Bryan Atkin
(Non-Executive Director) is Executive Chairman and co-founder of RS Consulting. A graduate of the London School of Economics, Bryan has over 35 years top agency experience in all aspects of industrial, commercial and institutional research, and has an international reputation for innovation, and setting new standards for research design. To nqual, Bryan brings comprehensive research knowledge and expertise, and a creative, imaginative, approach to methodology.
