CASE STUDY

Business Objective: An international high street bank required feedback on ‘saving for children’ propositions across 4 markets: US, UK, Eire, and India. They needed feedback within 2 weeks.

Our Solution: an international programme of online focus groups using or proprietary facility, Rich Focus, which allows the displaying, sharing and transforming of images, documents, and rich media.

The online environment facilitated open discussion of a sensitive subject; the output was deemed more trustworthy than anything generated by parallel face-to-face studies. 

During each session an international client team attended multiple groups concurrently, channelling insights between them via our client-facing super-moderator.

All stakeholders received our regular headline summaries, and our staggered group schedule enabled the client to modify concepts between sessions in response to participant feedback. By project close our collaborative, iterative approach had successfully honed propositions with general cross-market appeal to deadlines impossible by any other means.
